Ok...So normally we IT people add printers to peoples computers doing \\blah-print in explorer and just double clicking a printer to connect it either in view or on local we can do this. Well all of the sudden, we can't do that on our laptops... Earlier today I guess the laptops would connect to the print server using a cat cable but not wirelessly! We can access other parts of the network, but even stuff we can normally access is no longer accessable through wireless...the internet works lol..network drives are mapped as usual.
The machines locally don't have any firewall and neither does the "print server". (we use sonicwall or w/e)
The print server is basically a server 2008 virtual machine with a bunch of printers installed on it, X86 and X64 bit drivers. It's a x64 bit OS whereas all of our machines in the hospital are x86 (ugh)....
