Excel 2013 not able to print more then one document at a time

I have 2 users that are printing to a HP P2055x and the printer will not print more then one document at a time (Excel, Word, Outlook). I have looked for the Printer Properties > Device Settings > If necessary, expand Installable Options > Mopier Mode  but that option is not there. Below is a screen capture of the  Installable Options
