I have a Kyocera Taskalfa 2551ci printer configured in a small office SBS 2011 environment.
IP address of the Kyocera 192.168.0.224 is hard coded in the IB-51 config utility and printer drivers setup in client machines all working well for printing. (i.e the following should not be a network issue)
Basic error is that selecting Send and then an email address reports on the printer console as "Sending not Available" "Cannot connect to network"
In the configuration software (browser view) I can see the SMTP configuration and set it for the SBS server and run the Test which reports 'Connection with server was successful!"
But if I try to Test sending the report email to Email Recipient #1 (set to an internal or external email address) fails with the expansive error message of "Error".
I cannot find a log of what the error is, I have...
