Reporting for Ricoh copiers?

Hi

We have about 50 Ricoh copiers. Every month we need to draw reports from all of these machines about who printed how much, when and where. Ricoh recommended Streamline NX to us for this purpose., but it does seem a bit expensive. Does anyone else know of a similar solution? We tried the smart device monitor, but it only allows us to draw reports from one machine at a time.
