Ricoh Aficio MP C400 falling asleep and won't trigger wake up

Hey all - 

I'm working on an issue for a client where their Ricoh Aficio MP C400 falls asleep but isn't triggered to wake up when trying to print. I've set the Auto Off Timer to 60 minutes but users complain the problem still stands.

Any ideas with this? There isn't an option to disable the Auto Off Timer.
