Each department has a unique 3 digit ID code used for billing purposes. I'd like to install this 4503 through the print server and have each person who prints enter their department's code. Problem is that I can hard code a pin into the driver but haven't figured out a way to make something pop up on the users screen to make them enter their pin code before the job is sent to the printer itself. Which of course defeats the purpose of having the pin code. Currently everyone has to enter their pin code to copy/fax/scan on the machine so they are setup just not working with the printer part. Any ideas?
