The CEO here sometimes works from home, and when she does, sometimes, when she prints over her VPN via RDP printer redirect, the entire print isn't there. Portions will be missing from the page when it prints. She's normally printing email from Outlook, or spreadsheets from Excel.
I suspect there's something in the printing over RDP redirect over VPN that is causing this issue, but I can't find anything in Google.
We are using a Cisco ASA 5510 and the Cisco AnyConnect client.
