I have one location that has a Konica Minolta printer with a fixed IP. As there are only four users I have the software installed on each desktop/laptop rather than having it shared from a server. One by one last week the users lost the ability to print to this printer. I can open the web interface from each workstation so obviously there is a network connection, but not only can they not print, when I type in the administrative password in that web interface, it fails to bring up the management interface.
If I connect a laptop directly to the printer, all works fine. All other networking functions appear to be working normally, including VoIP phones.
With all of you bright souls out there, I am hoping one or more of you have resolved a similar issue and can give me some ideas.
