Have a question,
I just replaced a user's PC from a Windows XP machine to a Window 7 64-bit machine. I've got everything loaded on that she needed, save one thing. I had to load her printer, which is an HP Officejet Pro 8500 A909a. I got the most up-to-date drivers off of HP's website and loaded them on to the PC. Everything showed as connecting just fine. The installation process even connected to the printer right away. Everything is looking fine until I go to print a test page. A box pops up when I click on Printer Properties that says "Function Address 0xcf3c16fda, Exception Code 0xc000005." If I go past that and still try to print a test page, it automatically says it failed to print. I've done a bit of research and seen where this issue may be with memory or a Windows XP machine. But this is a brand new machine.
Any ideas as to...
