Hey all, we have a HPM401dn printer that I installed on a print server a while back....recently it started saying the printer is offline....not sure why. I can still ping the IP of the printer and access it via a web browser. No other printer on the print server has this issue. The server is a 2008 64bit server.
I reinstalled the drivers, changed the IP, changed the share name...nothing seems to work. Not sure if it is a bad port or cable but I don't think it is since I can ping it and access it via the web browser as mentioned earlier.
Any ideas?
