We are having problems printing at school. We have a PROEMBOSSER GEN II Braile printer and a hp laserjet 1010. When you try to print adocument or try to braille a document nothing happens. When you go to ControlPanel at hardware and sound under printers the printers shows errors. There arealso multiple copies of the printers (remember I'm taking about the softwareprinters not the print devices). I tried to delete but it just keeps on saying"deleting" even after restarting the computer. Also I cant remove theprinter drivers.I ran a virus scan with Kaspersky Internet Sec 2014 but therewere no viruses found. I tried reinstalling the printer but got the errormessage unable to install printer. Operation could not be completed error0x000006be. Also I got an error message Spooler Subsystem App have stoppedworking i have no idea what to do...
