I have a Dell 7310cdn
This printer has been going offline so I have updated the firmware the printer worked for two days.
Now the printer has stopped pinging.
I cannot access the webpage.
I have checked the printer and network diagnostics and I get "Jammed network (ND26)
I restart the network option on the printer. And I can start printing, pinging the printer and access the Webpage. Then the same issue happens the next day or a few hours later.
Printer has a static IP address.
Could anyone help with why this issue is taking place. And how to over come it.
