Dear All,
From so many months I have been facing the issues with Printers.
Mostly the issue is the "PRINTER OFFLINE".
Environment:
Operating Systems in the Network : Windows 7 and Windows 8.
Total Network Printers : HP - 2 and Toshiba - 1.
No Printer Server. Directly installed based on IP.
Sometimes by restarting the Printer, it becomes online again, works normally and sometimes by restarting the Printer Spooler , works normally.
I am not sure whether the issue is with Printer or Printer Spooler or Drivers or the NETWORK ITSELF.
Already the HP Support Engineer replaced the Printer Formatter Board (in which the network card with associated) to our HP CP5225n, but still issue persists. But after the
replacing the Formatter Board one improvement I have observed is before while the printer is showing Offline ,I was unable to PING, now after changing...
