I Have a brand new HP Officejet Pro 8620 all in one unit. It is hooked up via USB 2.0 to a Windows 7 Machine that is attached to our domain. Everything local dealing with the printer works perfectly, it can scan, print, send receive faxes. My issues is when i log onto my Windows 2003, 32 bit Remote Desktop server and try and print from it. I can find it in the directory, and I can start to install the printer however i reach a point where it is asking for a driver, and i don't have an .inf file I can point it to. I've gone to the HP Website downloaded every driver set I've been able to find for it nothing has worked i have an "operating system is not compatible error" HP websites clearly states that the driver they have will work with Windows Server 2003. Is there some thing i am missing or a universal driver that I could use instead?...
