Kyocera Taskalfa 4500i and 3501i - Private Print Not Saving User Access Code

We have several Kyocera Taskalfas that we use and are wanting to use the private print feature for departments with sensitive information.  I've installed the KX driver for the 4500i and 3501i (the two models that we have) and can successfully send a print job to the printer using the Private Print option.  However, when you attempt to enter the access code that was set when sending the print job it says incorrect password.  Just out of curiosity I entered the default password for private print of 0000 and that password was accepted.  I'm not sure if I have to have something else configured for private print to send the access code to the printer or where this is failing, any thoughts?  Thanks
