What printer to purchase for business?

I have a business that only employs 5 people. I purchased this printer:

Dell C1765nfw Color Multifunction Printer

At the office, we print stuff that uses 2 different paper lengths. Is there a way to load the two different lengths of paper at the same time, so when we print something that has some regular sized sheets and some longer sheets it will feed it automatically??
