T795 vs z5200 HP Plotter?

So I need a new plotter to do mylar prints and am reviewing getting one of these. Both look similar to the specs that my old DesignJet 500PS used to do. The T795 requires a $1000 USB dongle to do PostScript. The z5200 can do PS native and is $1000 cheaper (no dongle), but it looks more fit for print shops. We do CAD (Civil stuff) and I'd like to go with the latter due to cost, but wanted to see if anyone else has experience with these models.
