I am very stumped and hope someone might have a suggestion to a very annoying problem we have discovered.
We have replaced our printers this year with some new HP units. We have two buildings, a primary and secondary site. The printers work great at our primary site, but we have having network scanning issues at our secondary site.
During the network scan initiated at the printer, each page has a 30 second delay before the next pages starts to scan. It seems like something is causing the file not to write in a timely fashion. The old Ricoh printer, which we are replacing, has the same slow pause but recovers faster for some reason, and therefore nobody thought there was a problem until now. We tried different network cables, different wall jacks, same issue. It happens if we try to scan as PDF or...
