Network Printer offline for a single user and fine for everyone else.

Forgive me as I'm still new to the help desk and still learning.

We have a user that can't print because the computer shows the printer offline. I know it's not the printer as everyone can print fine.

Steps I've taken.

Stopped and restarted the print spooler, deleted the drivers, deleted the printer but it re appears on it's own. It's mapped via host name, but I've already tried mapping it to the printer's IP address. I've tried deleting the TCP/IP ports as well with no luck. Rebooted many times and updated the machine via windows updates. The machine is running 7 Pro 64 Bit. I've confirmed the printer driver is correct.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
