We have a Ricoh 8100dn printer that we have used faithfully for the past few years. We got a new one to replace it, so we moved that one into another room to use it until it dies since it is no longer under a service contract. We were able to print with no issues, but suddenly yesterday nobody can print to it. I can ping it, I can get to the web interface and change any settings I want, but I cannot print from the network. I plugged into the USB on a laptop here and I could print using the USB, just not the network. Any ideas?
