This is my most hated task. Its frustrating, its confusing and the only feedback you get is from staying on the phone for hours with a user that is getting increasingly irate because they have other things to be doing and you haven't magically fixed the problem yet. I have spent that last three days fixing a continually evolving problem and it still isn't fixed. How do you make it easier on yourselves or avoid pulling your hair out?
