Ricoh Infotec MP 5000B, Print Problem

Hi,

We have some Ricoh products in our company installed and working very well, but we have 1 Aficio Infotec MP 5000B, and we have problem Printing on this device, the Error is ;

RPCS Error Report
Version – 3.6.9
Error Type – Command Error
Error Info – 902900 : Unknown Command
Reference Data – 4E 6F 20 52 65 66 65 72 65 6E 63 65 20 44 61 74 61 00

Whenever i give the command from desktop - (Windows 7 32-bit) to print, always it prints that error only.

Infotec MP 5000B – is installed on Windows Server 2003 R2 Enterprice Edition SP2, with PCL 6 Drivers.

I checked the Print Spooler Service in Server is OK.
I checked RPC Service in Server is OK.

Any Solution from you would help me.
