Sharp MX-5111N - custom image on LCD

We have a custom image set for the LCD's on our Sharp copiers.  I'd like to update it, and for the life of me cannot find where it is set.  Does anyone else know?

I'll keep looking, but it could be hidden in any one of a million places.
