working on setting up eClinicalworks Rx printing and running in to a snag. using Star TSP800II printer. seems that when we print off a script we are getting two pages printing out. one with the Rx and the other is blank. checked over setting and everything looks fine. tested from another system and the printer works fine. any one ever set this up or have some advice/setting/walk through for setting this up?
