We run a number of Xerox 7835 MFPs in our organization. Because of the organizations need for security, we have workflow templates configured per user to scan to their home drives because authentication to the machine is a bit clunky.
We are looking to use the template pool repository feature, but can find no information on how to create the repository. We have an SMB share configured, and the device pointed to it, but the folder remains empty after syncs and new items being created on the copier.
Has anyone used this feature?
