I am in label printing hell. The primary item our staff print is labels they print hundreds of them daily. The labels are a custom thing on 8.5 x 11 sheets the top half of the sheet is labels and the bottom half is just normal paper.
The label are associated with a Pharmacy application called Kroll and they contain data such as patient name and prescription information for labeling (we are a high volume pharmacy)
The problem is these labels are always jamming in the printers and staff are always frustrated at IT and our printer support (3rd party) They are demanding new printers and that we fix this once and for all. Of course laser printers are not designed to print on this sort of media and the companies involved just don't care \ blame the printers (even though they also sold us the printers originally)
We replaced 2 of the printers 6...
