How to get copies of print jobs to print one at a time?

I have a user who prints off a 3 page document a lot.  He also selects to have 3 copies made.  At the moment it prints like this: 1 1 1, 2 2 2 and 3 3 3.  He wants it to print: 1 2 3, 1 2 3 and 1 2 3.  What setting would allow him to print all 3 pages of his job and then do it two more times in a row?
