Static IP Problems with Ricoh 5200s

I'm having problems getting a ricoh 5200s to accept a static ip address. The ip address is available. The printer just won't accept it. We have other printers of the same model in other offices. It works fine in those locals. It works flawlessly with it set to DHCP. I have no clue what could be causing it. Any help would be welcome
