I recently purchased a Canon Pixma MX922 and have it set up as a network printer. Drivers are installed and everything is working properly. However, in the network scan, SW seems to think that it is a coffee maker or a lamp. The only port I have open according to the scan is port 80 for HTTP. So I select the HTTP option in the connection drop list. I put in the administrator creds, only to get this error message: "getaddrinfo: No such host is known. 192.168.0.110index.html". I have tried forcing the IP like a domain - i.e. 192.168.0.110\admin, and I have also tried 192.168.0.110index.html\admin, only to get the same result. I contacted their support to find out how to get an SNMP string for this and they replied with "we have no idea". I have to be missing something here. Any thoughts or suggestions? Thanks!
