Kyocera print accounting and shared queues issue

Hello all,

I am setting up a Kyocera km520i in a school and they require print accounting to be enabled. I have setup all the pins on the local addres book for it and it is working ok there. I then added the kx drivers to the server and added print accounting in the drivers and set all the pins up (annoying lack of import from device option there) and that is working ok. However if I add the print queue to a client pc and try print, I get asked the for the pin to enter, I enter in a correct one for the driver and the printer. But the printer comes up with a error of incorrect ID.

If installed as a local printer on the same machine, it will work ok. But again if done as a network share it will come up with the user id error. Anyone come across this before? I have seen mention of it online with different ranges of printers but no solution to the issue.
