I have an HP 4100 Laserjet printer that has suddenly started to print “upper case T” where the letter “O” should be. This happens a couple of times per month and I can’t seem to pattern the problem. This problem has happened while using Quick Books and/or Excel. I have changed printer drivers and power cycled the printer. I don’t know if the printer is at fault or if it is something else. Any thoughts?
