We have a HP LaserJet M4345 MFP Device. Every other user including myself can scan to email just fine. One user in particular when they attempt to scan either nothing occurs and it acts like it worked or the error below Appears!
"E-mail Gateway rejected the job because of the addressing information. Job failed."
I have tested myself and several others, not to mention dozens are using this feature daily with no issues.
Following Steps have been performed.
1. Confirmed she can receive emails from me and others with no issue. Her email is acting normal.
2. Confirmed I sent myself several scans, I also tried to send myself and her a scan to email at the same time...I got it, she did not.
3. I deleted her information off of the device and re-added her confirming the email is spelled correctly etc..
