HP z6200 42" print output collection

We have a HP Z6200 42" printer that we want to run overnight, however, as the output is collected in a hammock it will only hold about 15 completed prints before it starts overflowing.

(We print ocean charts which vary in length from 36" to 52")

I have found a take up reel which could collect the output, but then someone has to manually cut each print from the printed roll.

We were looking for a more autonomous setup with some sort of extended collection capability for automatically cut finished prints.

Any info/ideas would be gratefully received.
