I work for an attorney that does a lot of work by remote connecting to the network from home or Court using her Macbook Air. Recently, when she prints letters and documents to our office printer (HP 3015 laser jet) while remote connecting, they do not print. She has to restart the printer and her desktop computer in order for her documents to print.
This only started happening after she intalled a HP Envy 4500 eprinter at her house and prints to that on occasion (not sure if this is related to the issue). We have made sure that her default printer is the HP 3015 and that it is selected when she prints, so we are not sure how to fix the issue. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
