Mac printing to Ricoh, I'm so close I can almost touch it

I’m trying to print to a RICOH Aficio MP C5503 MFD, this is working fine through Windows but I’m trying to print to it via a MacBook Pro running OS X 10.8.5. I have added the printer 4 different ways, via IP, Windows, SMB, and CUPS 1.6.2 with the correct driver I downloaded from the Ricoh website (There is only 1 option) so I know this correct. I have inputted the user code (Windows it is Valid access). In all 4 cases the print job looks as if it goes to the printer, the printer appears to receive the data as it wakes and the little green light flashes but no print, no errors on either the Mac nor the printer. I’m fairly new to Macs I can print to HP printers fine but these don’t require a 4 digit code to print.
Printer settings are as follows
System

Model Name : MP C5503
Machine ID : E183J600294
Total Memory : 1973MB
Document Server : Capacity : 73.3GB Free Space : 100 %

Version

System : 1.07
NIB : 12.63.2
Web Image Monitor : 1.04.1

Printer Language

Automatic Language Switching : 63.22
Customized PJL : 63.22
Adobe PDF : 1.01
RPCS : 3.13.20
PCL 5c Emulation : 1.06
PCL XL Emulation : 1.06

I’m not 100% sure whether the 4 digit access code goes in the User ID or you have to tick the box to Enable User Code and put in the User Code box so I have tried doing both and one or the other but all have the same result on all 4 print set ups, I’m so close yet so far.
Any help on this would be good as I have spent the best part half a day on this.

Regards
