I've seen a few similar threads but nothing that fully relates to my issue. I have 2 Dell 3115CN network printers that both have the same 016-782 Login error. The error isn't always present and it sometimes will only happen if you scan a single document or if you scan multiple documents in the top tray. I've found that clearing the NVRAM and resetting the printer settings will work for one of the printers, but the solution doesn't last..and it doesn't work on the other Dell 3115CN. I haven't found much on the error from dell support forums so I figured I'd ask here.
