Hello Guys;
We have an office printer/scanner. Users complain that when they scan it gives them black stripes on one side. I went there to check. But when I tried initially , it did not bring any issue.
After few minutes I tried again, brought the same black strip on one side. It is only on one side.
I have cleaned the flatbed but no luck. Thinking is CCD is damaged?
Also works ok on feeder.. though there are few vertical lines.
Works OK on printing.
Printer is OKI MB480, Tried on different computer same result.
We do not have any warranty as well.. Please help...
