Good fellas, i currently works in the IT dept of a bank as the System admin, the rate at which other staff most especially the Non computer literate ones waste printing papers printing unnecessary documents and files is alarming and this needs to be curtail. am trying to see how i can control the printing job that is to be able to know who and who send any particular document to printer.
Is there any software/application, free or paid (not expensive) to monitor such?
